What is included?
An interactive and engaging face to face wellbeing incursion session for children that supports their social and emotional development, incorporating literature, dramatic arts, music and playful movement. Nikki uses a variety of Social & Emotional Learning (SEL) specific teaching techniques to cover topics such as mindful movement, playful breath awareness and emotional intelligence, fostering resilience, empathy and compassion.
Designed For: All Early Learning Environments, including Preschools, ECEC Services, and Early Learning Schools.
Program Details: Designed for children aged 1-5 years. Offers both small group and whole class experiences (maximum 10 children) and can be arranged as a one-off session or package. Minimum booking: 1 hr session.
